Also, keep in mind the storage capacity of your store. You must be having heavy and big machinery that is used for the repair work. Make sure you have enough storage available for them.

This is amongst the first things to do. You are setting up a car repair shop and even though it is a small-scale business, it’ll require a principal investment. Get yourself sponsors who are willing to support a local business and have your back.

Get the Manpower

For your business hire technicians who know the craft of repairing cars with minimum efforts and resources. You’ll need a team of a good managers who can work under pressure and arrange for requirements quickly. Along with that, have in-house staff that will carry out tasks like guarding, billing, loading, shifting, etc. Once you have a store and you desire to build it bigger, have a trusted group of people who will help you on each level as this is not a task that can be handled alone.
